Brisket Southern BBQ & Bar is the second restaurant from VMHG, which opened in May 2015 in the business district of Zurich. It is a contemporary version of Texan-style Southern BBQ, where its menu is comprised of traditional favourites, like spiced pulled pork, beef ribs, pork belly and its namesake, beef Brisket. The heart and soul of the restaurant is the Smoker, a one-ton piece of equipment that was custom made and imported from Dallas, TX. The smoker, "Dolly", named after the country music singer, Dolly Parton, is a traditional smokehouse with a built-in oven that can hold up to 500 portions of meat at any given time. At Brisket, we guarantee high quality dishes, using top-shelf ingredients, all served within a relaxed, urban atmosphere with a friendly, laid-back service style.
